What is GPM?

ICYMI, Generative Prediction Markets or GPM is a fully-onchain, fun game in the Onchain Points (OCP) ecosystem.

It automatically generates and resolves micro-prediction markets around token prices, without any human intervention or external oracles.

To achieve this, GPM combines insights/information from Powerloom-based data markets like Uniswap v2, v3, and Aave. It’s a testament to Powerloom’s composability and scope.

GPM also has a Farcaster integration. You can make onchain prediction directly from your social feed—monetize your convictions, instead of just yapping about your favorite tokens.

All this is possible with Powerloom’s composable data networks, where:

• Every dataset syncs to specific blocks on the source chain in real-time.
• The integrated consensus mechanism validates the outcome of generated onchain markets, ensuring full integrity.

Step 1: Claim Your Sign-Up Bonus

Complete our GPM Tournament Quest on Galxe to get your sign-up bonus and a Discord role. You’ll need both to participate.

After the quest, head over to onchainpoints.xyz and connect the wallet you used with Galxe. The app will confirm your eligibility.

Claim your Genesis Quest bonus. Then click ‘Use points on GPM tournament’ to start participating.

As mentioned above, you’ll get extra sign-up points if you completed our Genesis Quest. Simply use the same account to avail this benefit.

Step 2: Find Markets You Like

On the GPM app, browse active markets and pick the ones you like.

Step 3: Place Your Bets

Clicking on active markets takes you to the prediction interface. Select ‘YES’ or ‘NO’ depending on the position you want to take.

You can also check the potential returns right below the ‘BET’ button. See what’s best for you, enter your desired amount, and place your bets.

Step 4: Redeem Rewards & Track Your Progress

Check the ‘Portfolio’ tab to see your open positions. You’ll also find the ‘ready to redeem’ option here when a market you participated in has been resolved. Click on it to redeem your positions.

The ‘Portfolio’ tab also provides info on your total bets, rewards, points balance, and every other detail you need to manage your activity on GPM.

Step 5: Check Your Leaderboard Ranking

While this isn’t exactly a step in the participation process, you can check the ‘Leaderboard’ tab from time to time. This will give you an idea of where you stand vs. other participants and amp up the competitive vibes.
